Unfortunately, it means that you have a counterfeit install of WIndows on there. - and laso what is probably a counterfeit installation of Office.
There is a hacker's Activation Exploit present, to cirumvent activation and validation requirements.
You have a Retail motherboard (from BIOSTAR) - but are attempting to use an OEM_SLP Key for activation.
The Key is from a Hewlett Packard machine.
Whatever else you do, you need to reformat and reinstall Windows using legitimate media and Key - the use of an Activation Exploit opens your system to potential multiple vulnerabilities and threats. | My System Specs | | Computer type Laptop System Manufacturer/Model Number Asus K52F OS Win 7 x64 Home Premium (and x86 VirtualBox VM) CPU i3 370M Motherboard Asus Memory 8GB - finally :) Graphics Card it's an i3, dude! Sound Card onboard Monitor(s) Displays 15.6" built-in Screen Resolution 1366x768 PSU n/a Hard Drives 750GB Seagate internal
Sundry external drives attached to other computers on the local network Internet Speed as much as I can get - usually on a dongle, so <1Mb/s Antivirus MSE Browser IE10/Chrome/FF(if I must) |

Thanks for the heads up Noel, but as far as I have seen the windows show that it is 100% genuine and I even use MSE which was offered right after the validation. But since you guys are experts what do you suggest me to do now and how? And what is it with my MoBo. Could you please be specific? | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit CPU AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4800+ 2.50 GHz Motherboard BIOSTAR Group N68SA-M2S Memory 4.0 GB Single-Channel DDR2 Graphics Card Nvidia Geforce 210 1024 MB Screen Resolution 1024X768 Keyboard Standard PS/2 Keyboard Mouse PS/2 Compatible Mouse Hard Drives 149GB Seagate ST3160215A ATA Device (PATA)

Hi,
Loaders/activation exploits are capable of making Windows look genuine, and on occasion fooling it into thinking it is, but the MGADIAG report never lies. Since you have a retail motherboard, the only thing you can do is purchase a new retail version of Windows 7. We cannot help you with other problems until you have done so. Windows 7 - Microsoft Windows
