I'm not convinced that formatting will solve this cause this has been going on for some time now and all my scans reveals nothing.
How many users should there be ? I have: me, administrator, system plus this authenticated user which I've disabled.
Anyway I don't have time for this I just want to make my torrent work how can I return everything back to how it was?
Well you gotta do something and quit "thinking" this ir that won't work. I would be looking at a full clean new install of w7.
Backup and have all of your software keys handy to install them after wards.
I believe Authenticated user is a system account and should be left alone, as TrustedInstaller.
I suspect you have got hold of a few poisoned torrents, if you know you have a "virus" get rid of it. It may be a rootkit, worm, or Trojan too and all can steal your passwords and account numbers, say, for a bank or credit card.

Please tell me you enabled port forwarding. That's the first step in setting up torrents. Who is your ISP?
