syswow64\mfc45.dll Has anybody come across this before?

I've just done a whole scan with AVG and it came up with *C:\windows\syswow64\mfc45.dll potentially dangerous executable file* .
Windows system file checker comes up with no problems and looking around the net gives a variety of answers from ignore it to replace the .exe file. Has anybody had this problem and successfully resolved it? (and how if you have please)

This file in your system may be corrupt. In windows 7 Home 32 bit the file path is:
c:\windows\system32\mfc45.dll

The corrupt file "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\mfc45.dll" was detected and replaced with a good copy by downloading and running Microsoft Safety Scanner:

Microsoft Safety Scanner - Antivirus | Remove Spyware, Malware, Viruses Free
