You can do a Google for the filename and see what you find.
You can have any file scanned for malware at virustotal

I would run security scans if this was my PC.
I would start with WDO (Windows Defender Offline) for a boot-time scan and go from there.
    What is Windows Defender Offline?

If something more is needed than WDO consider Malwarebytes (free) on demand scanner...
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

Go to task manager and right click on the exe process and click open file location and check where this file belongs to.You will get an idea to which program this exe file belongs to.
You should also check whether the exe is taking too much memory or hogging up the resources in your computer.

    You have "Spyware" ....
Please download (free version) Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Download
    * Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.Right click to run as Administrator, using Windows 7 or Vista.
    * At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    * Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
    * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    * Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    * When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.
