Am I under attack?

Computer has been running a little strangely, lately. Seems that after I manually shut it down, it won't restart unless I toggle the on/off switch of one of the surge suppressors I have it attached to. So I ran Norton 360 to see what it has been doing to protect me. Below is a screen shot of Norton's recent protective activities. To tell you the truth, I really don't understand much about networking and sharing. I am networked with another home computer, but that is it. Also, I do use passwords and ID for the network. I'd really appreciate it it someone could tell me just what is happening with IP addresses disappearing and reappearing, what is the shared netwwork (68 7F 74 1ABC EB), I recently updated my Nvidia drivers, so I guess that is why Nvidia appears??? To my naive eye, it looks like I'm under attack...am I?

Teredo tunneling is a way to support ipv6 version of the internet protocol while on ipv4 network. You have ipv6 enabled and this is a normal component of Windows. The message is just saying Norton is protecting over this path.

The shared network is your local network that is in your home behind the router (it can be just one computer).

You have an nvidia Ethernet network adapter. It is just saying it is protecting it.

All of this probably has nothing to do with your computer startup problems - it sounds like that issue is happening before windows even loads.

Thanks, GeneO. Good explanations that serve to reduce my anxieties whenever Norton does its thing.

I'm being DDoS attacked. My ping was been spiking from 50 to 250+. I've tried changing my IP multiple times and I still was attacked (Note: I own 3 computers and 1 tablet). I've tried disabling startup processes, av scans, and basic rootkit scans and found nothing. However, after I uninstalled...

MAC Attack
No I'm not hungry, it's just the the firewall popped an alert that it had blocked an attack by something using the same MAC address of my primary rig, and since I have the wireless disabled, I can only imagine that this must have come from the internet. I have seen a number of attacks blocked...
