Windows 7 Enterprise 64 Bit

F-secure says in the scan report, it failed removing this:
C:\Users\koti\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5\16O7Q07M\d431335[1].js

And it the js file might be: Trojan.Crypt.IG

Please help!

Edit: I dont have permission to delete this file! OMG! Im admin account.

Oh, just scanned appdata and it found it and removed. It worked!
