I'm speaking for myself only. This great Forum has over a quarter million members and 99.9999% have legal Windows 7 operating systems. Why put the rest through all that testing. The illegal ones will float to the top and we find them. Many members that have illegal copies of Windows 7 don't even know it. They paid for legal copies and didn't get one. We help them every step of the way to fix their problem and/or direction on how to get a legal copy and install it.
