Babylon Key register uninstallation

Navigate to the key HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlset\services, locate the Browser Manager subkey here and hit the delete key
Go to HKLM\Software\ and delete Browser Manager from here
Remove the dll from HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\Appinit_Dlls

So why doesn't your uninstaller remove these? it's rather slimy to let user uninstall your crapware but leave enough in the system to keep hijacking the browser.

Ours Uninstaller does not handle with this. there is a feature known as Browser Manager that runs with most toolbars and what it does is leave the toolbar registry in the computer, so it might that this is what have happened , and those are the steps to remove it .

We have opened a special site that shows the steps to remove Babylon toolbar and search engine :

I bet that page doesn't even rank on a PC infected with your slimeware search hijack.

I have been battling Babylon. I believe I have gotten all of the entries out of the registry, but I am not sure. I wonder if I did a repair install if it would construct a new registry without all of the extraneous crud such as hidden Babylon entries? Bill Bos
