Think I have a bad virus!!!!!

I have a dell inspiron 1545. downloaded a movie yesterday off the net (stupid thing to do!!!) And started having problems right away, I did a system restore to an earlier date and it seemed to fix the issue. Turned my laptop on this morning and it won't keep open or display some webpages. It will open for 15sec and then go to a screen with a frowning face saying "Oh snap, something went wrong while displaying this page please refresh" How can I fix the problem??? I can't do another system restore because I am unable to uninstall superantisyware because my computer can no longer find it even though I see it in the add/remove software page. Can anyone help me please?????

Download and scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

    When installing un-check Trial version.

If you can't get it to install then try in Safe Mode with Networking.

    Restart your computer.
When the computer starts you will see your computer's hardware being listed. When you see this information start to gently tap the F8 key on your keyboard repeatedly until you are presented with the Windows 7 Advanced Boot Options.

Using the arrow keys, select the Safe Mode with Networking.
Then press the enter key on your keyboard to boot into Windows 7 Safe Mode with Networking.

Let me guess a torrant download. After doing what C-11 has suggested if you can. Give this a read. It does a great job for most.
