Windows 7: Ever since i downloaded a safari setup file no task manager?

so i have iobit malware fighter and mcafee.. iobit notified my that this setup file was gonna make changes to my registery so i said allow. Now i thought that was a little wierd because it was a browser. But again i wasnt thinking much at that time... My problems: not a full admin any more?? cant use taskmanager or regedit... i made a new admin account again and that account can use task manager but i dont wanna start all over again moving all my documents... so any help??

EDIT: I can run programs as a administrator but for example when i try hitting control alt delete the task manager option isnt even there... and even if i open up the start menu and type in view running procsess with task manager it says its disabled by admin....
