You probably don't do that. I don't either. I've only clicked on one infected site in the past year and that was an ostensibly legitimate tourist site for Ensenada, Mexico. (clicked to look at the map and Nod 32 blocked it and threw up a warning). That experience alone is enough to keep me running an antivirus.
Last night I did turn off UAC -- again. I've been going back and forth on it. I've never "caught" anything on Vista with it off, though I hear it can help with zero day stuff.
