Streamate malware opens in IE9 new tab

When hitting a new tab, this site appears out of the blue. It is random. Tried to remove all cookies, but it persists. Any suggestions on how to remove or block this from occurring? Thanks!

Firefox keeps opening up new tabs for http://loa.teebik.com. Seems to be some kind of malware but malware anti bytes, spybot and microsoft security essentials cant detect it. Theres no suspicious programs in add/remove programs nor can i find any suspicious processes. Any ideas?
