hi and welcome to sevenforums
Fisrt I would suggest going into device manager (type device manager in search) locate your network and see if the
driver is installed and working properly. If it isnt listed here or had a yellow triangle on it it isnt working. If it isnt working I would un-install the
driver and let windows find one for you since that seemed to work the first time.
Do you have a backup you can restore from?
