Trend Micro Virus Scan

I did a trend micro virus scan on my pc(it is the free little client they let you download and scan for free) and it detected nothing. Am I safe or should I go ahead and format and re-install windows 7?

Well we need a little more information.
1.What anti virus programs do you have installed?
2.What problems are you having to make you think you might be infected?
3. Are you looking for programs as a back up scan to be sure you are not infected?

I don't have an anti virus installed but the comodo firewall I have installed comes with a Defense+Security which detects viruses and stuff. I downloaded some software and several of them were detected as having virus and the comodo defense detected them and didn't let them to open although I let one or two be ignored and let them run thinking they were just cracks/keygen etc. and then trend micro scanned and found and removed them. I have ran the same trend micro scan a few times and haven't detected anything since. Just trying to be sure or if I need a format since I ran some questionable software before.

Search for malwarebytes, scan with that. If that finds nothing then you are most likely clean.

I know nothing of Comodo firewall and it's Defense+Security but seems to have done its job. Your post #3.
I let one or two be ignored and let them run thinking they were just cracks/keygen etc.
Now you have a problem and it's not your security program, it's you.
I don't care which security programs you select to use when you over ride them and let things on your computer you will get infected. Their/there is no such thing as (just cracks/keygens). Until you decide to trust what ever security programs you choose our help will be short lived. As you stated in #3 that you have run questionable programs before.
As of now we don't know what you have let in your computer, from rootkits to tracking cookies. I would recommend using this and start all over. Don't let the name fool you. Read through it.

I have chosen my security programs and I trust them and let them do their/there job. I do not over ride them.
Their/there will be other hopefully that will be able to give a opinion on Comodo Firewall.

I did a malwarebytes scan both quick and full scan and it detected nothing.

As for LaybackBear, that is a nice tutorial but you could also have directed me to "How to do a clean or clean all disk with the diskpart command" tutorial for a quicker job but this tutorial is more comprehensive although the final parts are extra and not needed in my case. I will do a clean install I suppose.

I could of directed you to many things and I normally would except for the fact your posts indicating that you don't allow your security programs to do their/there jobs leads me to believe your computer could be infested with many things and it would take longer running all those programs trying to clean your computer than just installing a fresh Windows 7. Also many infection change things in Windows 7 System Files that could take for ever to figure out if one could. In my opinion once you opened the flood gates to infections the best and quickest solution would be as I posted.

Let's see if the threats are still there:

Download and run CKScanner by askey127 from HERE
Important - Save it to your desktop.
Doubleclick CKScanner.exe and click Search For Files.
After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File.
A message box will verify the file saved.
Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop and copy/paste the contents in your next reply.
