ESET popup some message about virus detection

Hello, i have BIG problem with my win 7... yesterday ESET popup some message about virus detecion and put some files into carantena... After that, when i try to run some applications i allways get error message :
the program cant start because COMCTL32.dll is missing from Your computer...
i found on internet many tutorials how to fix it, but noone work for me ;o(
i tried to restore files from carantena bud no success.
i tried system restore - did not complete succesfully...
i tried SFC /ScanNow , windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix them...
i get this error message when i try to run SETUP.EXE (when i tried repair install)
i cant run backup utilities to backup my emails and things from firefox and thunderbird. Allways get that stupid error.
Please, help me !!!

dont know... i uninstaled ESET (when restore from carantena was not successfull), try to do some repairs without antivir... but no success...
Then install AVIRA and it says my comp is clean now... then i run AVG from bootable LICE CD and AVG found no viruses too...

Carantena = quarantine?

ESET is quite reliable, you need to follow up on these pop-ups! Please run the ESET on-line scanner, and post the output once it is finished:
