an error occurred while trying to rename a file code 5.

I have tried everything to sort this issue out. I am trying to install a patch for pro evolution soccer 2013 and as it is installing i get the error message in the title, i have tried changing take ownership options, i have looked at tutorials on it and have even done the take ownership hack but i have get the same error message when installing.

I even have issues with you dont have permission when move a dll file to the pro evolution soccer game directory. I have to restart for it to work and once i quit out of the game the dll disappears and when i try to take it out of the rar file i get same issue.

Im tearng my hair out.

Have you tried right clicking the patch.exe and click "run as administrator"?
