I have a Strange virus. Please help if you can.

Earlier today I turned on my aspire one netbook with 32bit windows 7. Once I turned it on, the whole computer froze. It would'nt unfreeze so I decided to restart the whole netbook. When I turned it back on it said for me to launch a repair start up system. My pc then went to the startup repair screen. It told me it was trying to fix a problem on my netbook and that it might take several minutes. After a while it said that windows could not repair my computer automaticly. It then gave me the option to semd information about my problem to microsoft. I did, and then I clicked the finish button. It then restarted, and I had to go through that whole thing all over again. I must have done it about 6 times now. If anyone has any information about what this problem is, and/or how to fix it, please tell me. Many thanks will be given.
