| Windows 7 Ultiimate x64 bit 23 posts | I also have this virus Alureon ( well actually it's my brother in law), and when I run Windows Defender Offline the Quick Scan says there are no viruses and the Complete Scan finds it but can't delete it. If I download the ISO from above will it fix it and boot from the USB stick. I have his Windows registration code on the bottom of his laptop! Is this legal and will it work? Man been trying to get rid of this thing for weeks. But it was at his house and never could get settled in to investigate so I brought his laptop home with me! Knew I needed to come here for help  I also created the bootable CD ROM with Defender Offline on my clean laptop, and still not good getting the virus off his laptop! |
