Lastest Scanning Tools

I've been out of the loop for a bit regarding scanning Windows 7 boxes for viruses, maleware, rootkits....

What are the latest defacto tools out there? Malewarebytes is one of my favorites. I need to run a scan against a PC and am looking for additional Free tools

Thanks for the suggestions. I guess I should of been a bit more specific. I am looking for some portable tools with a good reputation for effectiveness. I'd like to build a portable USB stick where I can launch them on a potentially infected machine.

Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1

Hitman Pro is considered one of the best. You can also use Trend Micro HouseCall from your USB too, as well as Emsisoft Emergency Kit.

Other tools you can add to your arsenal:

Norton Power Eraser

NOTE: Because Norton Power Eraser uses aggressive methods to detect threats, there is a risk that it can select some legitimate programs for removal. You should use this tool very carefully. If you accidently remove a legitimate program, you can run Norton Power Eraser to review past repair sessions and undo them.
TDSSKiller - a Anti-rootkit utility
