    I need to recover windows firewall.i need to edit some ports and stuff there and i dont want to install 3rd party firewall because i dont have enough memory and to use them and those are hanging my computer

    You can "restore" Windows 7 Firewall ... Restore Windows Firewall settings

    i dont want to restore firewall default settings.i have already did this tip as i read in some forums.in my case i need to edit selecting ports in the firewall and delete some others....

    this tip was a very helpful for my problem.my firewall is back!
    After logging on get error message Windows could not connect to the - Microsoft Community
