snap-in failed to load with error code 0x6D9 at windows 7 firewall

Hi. i have a problem few days now.i try to open my windows 7 firewall but nothing happen's.i'm trying then to open the windows firewall advanced security but i get an error that the 'snap-in failed to load with error code 0x6D9 .i'm searching for a solution for hours,i try a several tips but i get no results.I also did a full scan with security essentials,super antispyware,Malware bytes,Eset on line scanner,TDSS rootkit removing tool but the computer seems to be clean.
Everytime now i restart i take message on start up that the " the windows could not connect to the group policy client service" and when i open a program after some resets on the firewall i did while try various tips from forum's,i get the message if i want to allow on the firewall the each connection of specific program.
Can somebody help me ?thanks

Download Security Check by screen317 from

Save it to your Desktop.
Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.

This should give you some control on outgoing and incoming events and protection.

Don't give up your protection by configuring the firewall to allow malicious programs!! :eek:

there is no way to fix this issue,resolve the Error code 0x6D9 and take the firewall window back to normal?i suppose this happens after windows 7 update

I need to recover windows firewall.i need to edit some ports and stuff there and i dont want to install 3rd party firewall because i dont have enough memory and to use them and those are hanging my computer

i dont want to restore firewall default settings.i have already did this tip as i read in some forums.in my case i need to edit selecting ports in the firewall and delete some others....
