Firewall allow programs is blank and wont let me add other programs?

I went to go open up some ports for my game, and i noticed that my firewall service was corrupt. So i scanned my computer with malwarebytes, and even downloaded microsoft essentials to help out also. I removed some viruses, which made me happy, and i could re-access my firewall - but when i went to "allow programs through firewall" it comes up blank, and it also will not allow me to add any exceptions. I thought there was maybe another bug on my computer, but it comes up clean. I even used command prompt and tried to restore corrupted files, but it was also clean. What would i be missing? Any help please?

A lot of viruses nowadays are good at eluding scans from AV's. Suggest you try the following to see if anything is still hiding on your system:

Windows Defender Offline. Be sure to make this on a clean PC, making it on an infected one can compromise the integrity of the scanner.

Windows Defender Offline

TDSSKiller to check if you are infected by a rootkit.

AdwCleaner. Be sure to read the documentation.
