Windows 7: Just curious

I am fixing a Vista machine at the moment and I find it will not run a full Malwarebytes scan in a normal boot but will in safe mode.

Am just curious as to why?

Any errors popping up? What version are you running? MBam was updated to V 1.70 ... You may need to close it out and then try to reconnect to their server again to get the latest update.

No Jacee it just stops responding at about 58K items and right now the safe mode is up to 217550 objects (56 mins) and still going?

It is telling me it is the trial version but I definitely downloaded the free just this morning again.

Did you uncheck the run as trial box during the install ?

Hum possibly not AddRAM as the thing is still pretty slow at loading stuff up and I just could have missed that.

Still it finished about two minutes ago with two Trojans for 450K + objects so at least that bit is done.

Can I see the log, please?

I'll try Jacee I am just finishing a memtest run so as soon as I can I will try to find that log.

Just as a matter of interest is there such a thing as anon trial Malwarebytes download? I have tried three different sites and all are "trials".

I can see no tick boxes for the trial or not so what is the go if I have to pay then I will but I am disappointed in them.
