which one?

I have already used adwcleaner and DDS, but if you are referring to the DDS logs with the IP conflict see my post in the network section.

First, download TFC by Old Timer TFC - Temp File Cleaner by OldTimer - Geeks to Go Forums and save it to your desktop.
Save any unsaved work. TFC will close ALL open programs including your browser!
Double-click on TFC.exe to run it. If you are using Vista/Windows 7 right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator.
Click the Start button to begin the cleaning process and let it run uninterrupted to completion.
Important! If TFC prompts you to reboot, please do so immediately. If not prompted, manually reboot the machine anyway to ensure a complete clean.

Please close all windows/tabs/ programs that may be running.

Now, download MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows
Save it to your preferred 'download'. Do not start it just yet!

Go into Programs and Features and uninstall Ad-Aware following these steps:
How to uninstall | Lavasoft

Next, right click on MSE to run as Administrator and install. Then, update and perform the full scan.

Tell me if you're still having problems.

I already removed adaware and put on MSE (coincidence!?!?!?!?!?) and have now run TFC.

Read above, I found the problem to be whenever my sd card is in, the hdd light is on.

Glad you figured it out. I recall using ready boost and indeed my HDD light stayed on a lot too.
Get a SSD and you won't even need it.

Yep Gary I think that is cos Readyboost isn't really RAM as a lot of people think it is more a of a caching type application if I remember rightly.
