What can a hacker do with your ip?

i didnt know he was a hacker at first
he tried to send me something which i knew it was a virus.
because i didnt download it he said he got my ip and his ognna hack me

lol i get threats like that all the time. in the last 20 years got hacked once. and that was my own stupidity.

no just didnt use proper security on an old emaill addy.
