If you'd read the Repair Install link you'd know that it provides the Win7 installer iSO for your licensed version to burn to DVD or write to disk.

Boot pc into safe mode with networking, donwload and run Trojan remover Simply Super Software - Trojan Remover

Run the fast scan and reg scan in safemode then reboot.

Is you hard drive (C) full?
Could you let us know how much Used Space and how much Free Space you have on your (C) drive? The drive Windows 7 in on.
