Please give more information on the Anti-virus scanner you ran and what infections did it find?

Also, more information on the 'specs' of your computer, other than "OS windows 7 ultimate 32bit".

    MalwareBytes Anti-Malware

i don't know about the infections, currently lol, but, it found six of them...i cannot check for them either becaus it pops up the message 'windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate premissions to access the item' everything is blocked

Is this an upgrade from Vista Ultimate 32bit, or is this a new OEM computer you bought with Win 7 Ultimate 32 pre-installed?

Download CKScanner by askey127 from HERE
Important - Save it to your desktop.
Doubleclick CKScanner.exe and click Search For Files.
After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File.
A message box will verify the file saved.
Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop and copy/paste the contents in your next reply.
