    And, the programs what i used in safemod, got to download them in the beginning of the problem and use them were, windows defender, spybot search and destroy, super anti spyware free edition, malwarebytes, and all of them didn't found any except i scanned the first time...(six infections lol)

    Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using CrystalDiskInfo:

    Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:

    Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

    Perform a System File Check:
    1. Click on the start
    2. Type CMD on Search
    3. Left click and Run as Administrator
    4. Type SFC /scannow

    As i mentioned before....I can not download anything to my PC, it stucks to the webpage. I tried to do the cmd scan, but it won't give me admin rights...

    The disk check could not be preformed because windows cant access the disk.

    tried to open the cmd message back to me was

    windows cannot access the specified device path or file you may not have the appropriate permissions

    And i cannot open msconfig.exe also, it pops up the same message

    I think you should do a repair install:

    laptop what i bought didn't came with any repair disks...only with the manuals. regular system restore won't work also, because all the system restore files are gone
