Hello igotissues and welcome to Seven Forums.

I would recommend you try Windows Defender Offline. It's a free utility from Microsoft that can scan your computer before the operating system and most malware starts up. You'll need to create the boot disk on a machine that is malware free and is running the same architecture as your infected machine. You would also have to change the boot order on the infected machine so it boots from the CD/DVD drive as first option.

    Windows Defender Offline

Depending on how severely your machine is infected, you may not have any other choice but to completely wipe the hard drive and do a clean install. But try running the WDO scan first and see what happens.

Let's see what your system shows with the following short scan...

    Please download RogueKiller:
    Tlcharger RogueKiller (Site Officiel)

When you get to the website, go to where it says:
    (Download link) Lien de téléchargement:

Select the x64 version for your 64-bit system.
Click the dark-blue button to download.
    Save to the Desktop.

    Close all windows and browsers.
Right-click and select: Run as Administrator

At the program console, press: SCAN

When done, a report opens on the Desktop: RKreport.txt

Please provide the RKreport.txt (Mode: Scan) in your reply.
