A little security problem I found.

I kept getting tracking cookies outgoing to
    219.146.24.27 and 121.10.23.25
    Malwarebytes Pro stopped the outgoing.
Both web sites are in China, Guangdong,Guangzhou.
After quite some time I isolated it down to Piriform's Defraggler. I could remove the cookies and reboot and they would be back after doing anything using a browser including updating Windows.
After removing Defraggler and the cookies I have tested it for over 24 hours and no more problems. I use Super Anti Spyware to find and remove the cookies.

Interesting. Did you download Defraggler from Piriform directly? Was it the standard, slim or portable version?

Bear ... I use "CookieWall" by AnalogX AnalogX CookieWall Freeware download and reviews - SnapFiles.com

    You can accept or reject.

Either way, once you've clicked on the small pop-up, you will have to right click on the icon, click add/delete, then click Ok to save the good cookies and always delete the bad ones stored in the left column :)
Be sure to click configure and OK your way out again.

Some cookies will be 'silent', so SAS is always good to use!

DBone? From Piriform directly and it was the standard version. (Not portable). I was comparing Defraggler with Windows 7 built in defrag.

Jacee I will take a look at that program.
Thanks to both of you for your replies.

Interesting Bear I have used it in the past but didn't keep it as it was too darn slow. I used to use My Defrag to rip through the bulk of it then let the Windows program do the final stuff.

As for those cookies I have a couple that keep popping up on mine but having just done a CC I cannot remember just what both are called but one I did track to a Russian site - yadro.ru

I find them using MAM Pro; it blocks them calling home and gives the information needed to find out who it is and from where. It doesn't tell you what program is doing it. You have to do some hunting and pecking to find out which one. Because I do so many scans so often I knew about when it must of entered my computer.
