Nothing is working. Malwarebytes error 372

The only reason I listed the error code for MB is because everywhere I've read, has advised me to use Malwarebytes. I received error code 372 and I get that in safe mode as well. I have tried to download a new fresh version but, my firewall is preventing me from this. I cannot turn off my firewall. I can't run avast or avg antivirus. I don't have the restoration cds. What do I do. Is there a fix? I can get online on the infected computer but, some websites are blocked because of a certificate issue. I've made system restore points in the past but, they aren't there now.

Can you try to install the free version of Avast anti virus?

    itsjustray,

Let's see if we can find out what is going on with your system...

    Please download RogueKiller:
    Tlcharger RogueKiller (Site Officiel)

When you get to the website, go to where it says:
    (Download link) Lien de téléchargement:
Select the version that applies to your system: x64
Click the dark-blue button that applies.
    Save to the Desktop

    Close all windows and browsers
Right-click RogueKiller and select: Run as Administrator
    Press: SCAN

When done, a report opens on the Desktop: RKreport.txt

Please provide the RKreport.txt (Mode: Scan) in your reply.
    (Please do not delete anything!)

    Also, do the following:
    Downloading Farbar Service Scanner
    Save to the Desktop.

Make sure the following options are checked:
    • Internet Services
    • Windows Firewall
    • System Restore
    • Security Center
    • Windows Update
    • Windows Defender
    Press: Scan

FSS creates a log, FSS.txt, on the Desktop.

Please provide the FSS.txt in your reply.
