MpStigStub.exe
I know that it is a microsoft file but when i try to scan it with MB it wont just scan it. It says it has scanned it. But the file scanned counter is still "0". When i scan another .exe file with it. It says "files scanned: 1" but not with MpStigStub.exe. So i tried to put it on Virustotal. MpStigStub.exe is hidden for VirusTotal.. Tried every way to get it on there. So i renamed it to something else. If needed it would recreate itself. After that i tried to scan it but no results.. As it wont just scan it!

Please fill out your system specs:
System Info - See Your System Specs
I have a file named MpSigStub.exe
I do not have a file named MpStigStub.exe
Where is this file located on your computer?
What do you mean "...is hidden for VirusTotal"?
Here is a virustotal scan of the file that I have:
https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/6...is/1362730510/
"...when i try to scan it with MB it wont just scan it."
Are you attempting to convey that you cannot scan the file with Malwarebytes?

I made a typo.
I just made a typo. I have MpSigStub.exe, when i open "Select file" on virustotal and go to the directory and when i try to find MpSigStub.exe it is hidden for it. When i click "Scan this file with Malwarebytes" it starts to scan and says "scan completed" yet the file counter is still at zero. When i scan another .exe file it scans it and file counter will be "1".

Thanks for adding info to your system specs - there is a system spec field near the bottom of the list of fields for antivirus product. Which antivirus product are you using?
The file is a hidden file (as it should be). If you opt to show hidden files and protected system files, you should be able to upload it to virustotal.
edit: malwarebytes shows 0 "objects scanned" for several exe files in that area. That might be a question better answered by these people.

C:windows\servic~2\networ...mpsigstub.exe
This is a malware that, if executed, will lock your computer and request that you call a specific telephone number to arrange to get your computer back. However, it is easy to unblock it yourself by using control, alt, delete, and select remove or cancel. I use Spy Hunter, which detects this and offers me the opportunity to block this. It is definitely not a legitimate Windows program or file. Hopes this helps.
