help with removing trojans etc. My system has been hacked

hi all. I just found out my system has been hacked for sometime now. i can't even get into my email. Is there anything i can do myself with spending alot of money on a professional?
    Programs?
    sites?
anything i can try? I don't have 200 dollars right now to have a pro do it.
    any help is greatly appreciated.
    thanks in advance

Ok Allen what security have you on board and have you used any on call scanners like these below if necessary run them from safe mode if you can get them installed.

    http://www.superantispyware.com/

    http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

    allen1979,

Let's see if we can find the root of the problem, and then take it from there...

    Please download RogueKiller:
    Tlcharger RogueKiller (Site Officiel)

When you get to the website, go to where it says:
    (Download link) Lien de téléchargement:
Select the version that applies to your system: x64.
Click the dark-blue button that applies.
    Save to the Desktop

    Close all windows and browsers
Right-click RogueKiller and select: Run as Administrator

    Press: SCAN

When done, a report opens on the Desktop: RKreport.txt

Please provide the RKreport.txt (Mode: Scan) in your reply.
    (Please do not delete anything!)

Good idea cottonball but I am wondering if Allen managed to get those simple scans done as well?

Don't know ICit2lol... allen1979 was here about 4 hours ago.

If RogueKiller detects malware, and we take action on it, MBAM or SAS are good choices to follow.
