In the ESET scan, I don't understand why this file did not show up? Also, can anyone tell me what to do to remove these viruses?

So would I uninstall the game or delete the file itself?

I'd do both . Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the NBA game . Allow the program to search for left over files if found any click on Select All and choose Delete once its deleted click on Next. It will then go and search for left over folders do the same click on Select All and click on Delete then click Next . Then it should say it was removed Successfully .

       Note
choose Advanced mode to remove nba game. Also you want to use the builtin Uninstaller for the game inside Revo Uninstaller . Once the builtin Uninstaller for NBA 2k13 is finished go back to RevoUninstaller and choose Next

I downloaded the freeware version of Revo but I can't seem to find NBA 2k13 in the program, however, it is there in control panel.

MSE came out clear, are there any antiviruses to remove the other stuff that ESET found?
