Known (strange) error, probably maleware, not sure

    Hi

I just restarted my laptop (Dell Studio XPS L502 i7) and I received this strange error (check attachment screenshot) ... this is the first time I received this error and being honest .. I'm a bit worried .. is it some sort of virus/maleware or something similar?

    Please advise.

    Thanks in advance

Hi Gabe22 What is your current antivirus and firewall?
I would start with a scan with hitman pro and then a full scan with malwarebytes and we can take it from there here are the links for the programs post back with the scan results

Hitman Pro - HitmanPro 3 - SurfRight (Just download the 32 or 64 bit version Depending on what System type you have installed

    Malwarebytes - Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download

Looks to be connected with Dell DataSafe

Apparently quite an annoyance to some Dell users
