The F4 BSOD points to a hard drive issue . If you have an SSD drive update the firmware if you have a spinning head hard drive run the diagnostic test from the hard drive's manufacture .

Sorry what you just confused the hell out of me . All I understood was Blue Screen of death . I have no idea what you mean by ssd drive or spinning head hardrive.

SSD drive is the Solid State Drive newer types of hard drives

Spinning head hard drive is the older mechanical hard drives.

I don't see the model number . Is it suppose to say on the back sticker model because all I see the Microsoft sticker. I think the other sticker have been removed.

Open up the command prompt . Click on button type CMD inside the search programs and files box and press [ENTER]

Inside the command prompt type in

I will use the Windows 7 Installation Disk to do that and let you know the model number. What location it has to be C drive or D to type this in wmic DISKDRIVE GET SerialNumber ?

Doesn't matter . When you use the windows 7 installation DVD it will open the path to x:\Windows\System32 or X:\Sources .

Try opening the command prompt from Safe Mode with Command Prompt. Tab F8 while the PC is booting on the Advanced Boot Options choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt. Login if need be and input the commands .
