Can't seem to rename files in AVG Rescue

    I get an error saying findstr is not recognized as an internal or external command. can you please give me the whole entire command prompt. maybe I am doing something wrong

    Did that same external and internal message. Well I am calling it a day. Today was the last day to get my buddies laptop fix. Unfortunately I will no longer be working on it due to other important things in the way. Thanks to everyone who tried to help. I appreciate it.
