It just dawned on me that you are using the Guest account.

Are you getting any errors about your user profile when you try to go into your normal account?
Anything?

If you would like you could create a new Administrator account from the Elevated Command Prompt

Click on button type in CMD inside Search programs and files box . Once CMD comes up under Programs (1) Right click on CMD and choose Run as administrator . If you get a User Access Control Window click on the Yes button or type in the Administrator password. Path inside Command Prompt should be C:\Windows\System32>_ . Type in the commands below

net user {NewadminName} /add
Press <ENTER>

net localgroup Administrators {NewadminName} /add
press <ENTER>

Log off from Guest account and log into the new created account.

nmayer80,

After you log into the new created account, see if you can run ReProfiler.

Thanks.
