Everything is running fine, nothing is slow. Working as good as it usually does. I'll give another hour or so to say whether programs are running fine as I haven't been doing much but, I atleast don't expect any issues.

Once you have gotten your Rootkit removed . I suggest you delete the system restores you have and recreate a new one manually .
To Delete the Restore Points
- System Protection Restore Points - Delete
To create a restore point manually
- System Restore Point - Create
Should I uninstall norton and get in MSE and malware bytes before I create the restore?
Remove the norton and the other virus software you have . Malwarebytes is not an everyday program to run unless you purchase the Pro version .
Once you have the virus removed. Restart then Run a Defrag then recreate the System Restore . Don't forget to Delete your current ones before you create a new one .
Hmmmm.....VK, I have the free version of Malwarebytes and run it every week, or so.Malwarebytes is not an everyday program to run unless you purchase the Pro version .
If something suspicious comes up, it can be run whenever necessary.
Guess you mean that the free version cannot be scheduled to run on a daily basis?
@thenecessity,
Going to sign off pretty soon, so take your time and give the computer a day or so before you decide on whether it is running to your satisfaction.
After you get done with the actions suggested by VistaKing, please download:
Security Check
http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/SecurityCheck.exe
Save to the Desktop.
Double-click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions (on the black screen)
When done, a Notepad document opens automatically: checkup.txt
Please post the contents of checkup.txt in your reply.
Thanks alot for the help guys :) restore point was made and everything running smoothly as far as I can tell. Will get back to here or my old thread in about a day or so after I use more programs, and if another blue screen happens.
I'll edit in the security check when its done.
Please check Post #25 for instructions on Security Check!
Please post the results back to this thread.

Just a note for you in case you have problems doing a system restore, Running Norton 360 you will be unable to do it unless you go into the Norton settings/administrative settings & turn off Norton Product Tamper Protection.
A couple years back I had probs doing a sys restore & this was what was preventing it from restoring. You need to turn it off all the way, do the system restore & then turn it back on.
