go here Download Antivirus Software - Bitdefender UK Downloads

go to the free trials page(you`ll find the link at the bottom of the page)and download total security 30 day trial.
register(no fee) and it will uninstall any av you already have:scan your system:install itself:
then in the anti virus section of the application select the scan now tab then rescue mode.

good luck
malawarebytes is a brill program but I have found its not perfect.

Alright it's all set up and it looks like a very solid all in one solution, thanks Toppergraph.

And a very big sincere thank you to Vista King who spent so much time with me and dealt with my increasing frustration levels (not his fault) as professionally as someone could . To Britton 30 thank you as well.

Make sure when you set up any scanner to run, online or offline, that the option to scan removable media, such as external drives, thumb/flash drives, is selected. Some scanners may not even have the option.

Not all scanners do this by default!! They scan the computer, but not necessarily the thumb drive.

After i deleted it with Malwarebytes it has not come up again so i guess i'll just live with it. It does seem to come back every once in awhile so i will just keep an eye out.
