Please download SystemLook from one of the links below:
64-bit system:
Link 1
Link 2


Save the file to the Desktop
  • Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
  • Copy the content of the following quote box into the open field:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel
  • Click the Look button to start the scan.
  • When finished, a Notepad window opens with the results of the scan.
    Please post the SystemLook.txt in your reply.
Note: There is no need for a space between the :reg and the two Registry entries quoted. Please modify accordingly. The forum keeps the space.

I don't know what you mean or how to find out, i have two usb2.0 ports and one usb 3.0 port. Do you mean the dvd drive/burner?

Open Command Prompt with administrator privileges known as Elevated Command Prompt. To do this, click on type cmd in the Search programs and files box and then hit Ctrl + Shift + Enter. Or right-click on CMD under Programs(1) and choose Run as administrator . Type in the commands below . ( Press [ENTER] after every command )
