◦Please download ESET Services Repair tool:
◦Save to your Desktop.
◦Double-click ServicesRepair.exe to run the program
◦If a security notification appears, allow it to proceed.
◦Once the tool is finished with its repairs, you are prompted to restart the computer.
◦Click Yes to restart.
Next, please run the Farbar Service Scanner once again, and post its results. <<---

In Windows Seven, WD is not an AntiVirus program, it is an AntiMalware program. There is a difference.
Please take action now to install an AntiVirus program. <<--- Important!

There are more choices if you wish to use Google and search.
I use MSE in one computer, and avast! on another. Have no problems with either.

If you can't get Windows Firewall started with cottonball's instructions, you may have a virus that has disabled wscsvc Service.
