Maybe it a language barrier and we don't understand your problem.
You may have a slow SD card too, they come in different speeds and will read at the card's speed whether it's plugged into USB 2.0 or 3.0, the card is the bottleneck.

Still waining for specs, it helps to know what hard ware you have, see my previous post, don't put them in a post.

We can read and do read. When we ask question we need answers. It was mentioned to check your anti virus to see if it was doing the scanning. Did you do that and what was the results?
Many anti virus scan anything new that is plugged into the computer unless the owner operator tell it not to.
Windows 7 does not scan you plugged in device. It looks at it to see if it acceptable for itself and your system. Which only takes a couple of seconds. Another program is scanning your thousands of files on the device.
When we ask for system specs it because we can help you better when we have that information. When you fill in your specs be sure and list the anti virus you use along with other security programs.

I have no idea what a Antivir is. I did not fine a Antivir but I did find a Avira Free Antivirus. Is that what you are posting about?
Did your SD card come with some kind of program that might be running?
Could you look into Task Manager to see what is running when you plug in your SD card.

You could also use Process Explorer to see what is running.
