How do i allow a website on windows firewall

I need to allow .jtvirc.com in my firewall when i go into change settings clicking on allow it just shows a list of programs to allow. how do i allow websites?

You don't allow or disallow websites in your firewall, only programs.
You need to allow URLs in Firefox, IE, Chrome, etc.
If you can go to other websites but not that one, it's being blocked by browser settings, your network, or your ISP.

i use firefox i had a problem with chat on a website when there are conversations going on then no one is typing the message stopped then when i refresh the channel there are new messages someone told me to allow .jtvirc.com in firewall the problem was fixed years ago but when my internet wen out the problem came back
