Windows 7: remove fbi "system failure" virus help

Delete this file C:\Users\greg\GoToAssistDownloadHelper.exe right click on it choose Delete .

Upload the MBR.dat file to www.virustotal.com and link me the results .

It has the last 10 times I booted. I never had to boot it with the thumb drive inserted. I had only left it in for it had a couple programs that were cleanly installed from my laptop. I only got the FBI locked screen a couple times. Then it started to boot normally, but noticed my browser homepage was changing to start at Bing, which I never have this. I did run MBAR antiroot kit and it showed ok. I thought that F8 during start up is suppose to give me the option to start in safe mode. That is not the case. DM
