Try to take Ownership of the C:\FRST folder

Right click on the Folder that you are trying to delete
Click on “Properties” on the right click menu.
Click on “Security” tab.
Click on “Advanced” button at the bottom.
In Advanced Security Settings dialog window, click on “Owner” tab.
To take ownership of the object, click on the Edit button. Give permission to UAC. Then highlight the user name in the “Change owner to” box that you want to assign as the owner for the object. Click “OK” to finish the process.
Back in Advanced Security Settings window, you will see the current owner has changed to the user you just selected.
Click “OK” button to exit this window.

Then try to delete the folder

Have you tried deleting the folder inside Safe Mode ?

Reboot the PC as the PC is booting up tap on the F8 key you will then see a black screen with white text called Advanced Boot Options . Scroll down to Safe Mode using the down arrow key and press [ENTER] on Safe Mode .

You will see white font scrolling down then get to the Safe Mode . Login you will then be inside Safe Mode click on Yes button .

Note   Note
Don't worry if everything looks huge that's normal .

Restart PC to normal once you're done deleting the folder .
