    Click on
    Type Device Manager inside press <Enter>
    Expand Disk Drives
    Right click on the SSD and click on Properties
    Inside the Properties window . Click on the Details tab . Click on the drop down menu under Property and select Hardware lds

    Upload a scrn prnt of the Harware Ids info .

    You have the current firmware . Can you upload the dmp file to the BSOD section ?

    Here it is, but it encountered the exception error. I had rebooted the computer during the bsod because there were "..." next to the status of it creating the dump files for about 5-10 minutes.

    Open a new thread inside BSOD so someone in the BSOD team could check it out .

    You could keep it opened and come back if anything . If you feel everything is fixed then close it .

    The cause of the freezing seems to have been from an NVIDIA driver. After uninstalling the driver and allowing windows update to install the driver of its choosing things have been running smoothly.
