User Account Control - (disabled/transparent Yes button)

Hello, I'm having problems with my father's little net-book, he has Windows 7 Starter and he is a Standard User and he don't have no administrators on his net-book.
The User Account message pops-up when everytime clicks on something like "Run as Administrator" or "Windows Calculator" that he was going to run, the the "Yes" button is not visible and it's disabled, do you know what the problem is?

The image below is the problem that he has on my farther's net-book, now...

Thanks!

Regards,
~Benjamin Hall

The UAC Prompt I believe can only be accepted by a user with Administrative Privileges, a Standard user will be lacking these Administrative Privileges.

The thing which worries me, is why the Windows Calculator is creating a UAC Prompt? What AV do you have installed? Have you made any scans?

So, your not getting a UAC Prompt with the Windows Calculator?

If so, then I would suggest creating a Administrator account or enabling the Windows in-built Administrator, and seeing if your able to accept the UAC Prompt.

Every edition of Windows has a built-in Administrator account:You would get the UAC Prompt with the built-in Administrator, so I would suggest logging in with the built-in Administrator and then creating a standard Administrator account instead, why do you want a Standard User account if there is only one user?
