Folder In Use (wont allow me)

so i have a folder with what looks like 8 pictures in it. if i click delete i get the folder contains items whose names are too long for the recycle bin etc if i click to rename them ive no option to rename them ive tried file assassin which finds an empty folder if i go through cmd it doesnt...

When i create a new folder it automatically sets the read only attribute, if i try and turn it off it just turns back on again. I have tried using command prompt to disable it as well as playing with the security settings and account permissions. does any one have any ideas?

thats the default name of the folder where i keep all my saved bookmarks. i sorted everything so that it sorts alphabetically (when i go through the steps inside "show all bookmarks") but when i check it in my browser, it doesnt sort. do you know what to do? thank you
