    Did the LAN driver work ? If so run Windows Updates and see if the drivers install from there .

    Can you right click on the items with select Properties . On the Properties window click the Details tab under property click on the drop down menu select Hardware Ids and take a PrntScrn and upload it .

    The zip file contains .sys and .inf files no exe files so what should I do with those?

    Right click on the LAN inside Device Management choose Update Driver .

    Tried updating the driver but got the error as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Still no success.

    I read somewhere that this could be due to some problem with the "ndis" file not sure though.
